Role overview

As an FX Sales Associate, you will support the sales team by providing excellent service, assisting with client onboarding, and helping execute FX trades. You will work closely with sales, operations, and risk teams to ensure accurate processing, compliance, and timely communication with clients.

Responsibilities

Support senior sales staff in acquiring and servicing clients in Greece.
Process FX trades (spot, forwards) accurately and on time.
Monitor exchange rates and market developments; provide clients with timely updates.
Assist with client onboarding, including KYC/AML checks and documentation.
Maintain CRM records and support sales materials and proposals.
Coordinate with operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution.
Contribute to client proposals and product knowledge sessions.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in FX sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication in Greek and English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
