About the role

FX Sales Associate at Ebury in Prague. Join a fast-growing fintech helping businesses manage FX and cross-border payments. You will build relationships with corporate clients, explain FX products, and support their currency strategies.

What you’ll do

Identify and engage potential corporate clients in Prague and across Europe.
Manage a sales pipeline and convert leads into new business.
Present FX products, rates, and hedging strategies to clients.
Negotiate terms and coordinate with traders to execute client orders.
Support onboarding and client success, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Monitor FX market developments and provide client insights.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years in sales or financial services, preferably FX or payments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
