FX Partnerships Manager (Introducing Brokers) – Ebury

Location: Vancouver, Canada

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships professional to lead and scale Ebury’s Introducing Brokers (IB) program in the global FX market. This role focuses on building and managing strategic relationships with introducing brokers, driving FX revenue, and expanding our partner network while ensuring regulatory and risk considerations are respected.

Role overview

As the FX Partnerships Manager, you will own the end-to-end IB program—from partner acquisition and onboarding to performance optimization and governance. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver a seamless partner experience and maximize revenue growth through high-quality broker relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the IB partnerships strategy to recruit, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers.
Define partner programs, onboarding processes, performance targets, and commission structures.
Maintain proactive relationships with IBs, monitor KPIs, revenue impact, and pipeline health.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Risk to ensure regulatory adherence and smooth partner operations.
Analyze market trends and feedback to optimize the IB program and competitive positioning.
Represent Ebury in industry events and manage partner communications, training, and support.
Maintain accurate records, generate forecasts, and report on ROI of the IB program.

Requirements

5+ years in FX, payments, or financial services partnerships/business development, with proven experience managing Introducing Broker relationships or equivalent channel partnerships.
Strong network within the FX broker community and ability to recruit and onboard new partners.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment and collaborating across functions.
Knowledge of regulatory considerations related to FX and broker channels; willingness to travel as needed.
