FX Dealing Support - French & English speaking

Overview

Join Ebury, a fast-growing fintech that simplifies international payments and FX risk management for businesses. We are looking for a bilingual FX Dealing Support professional to join our Toronto team. This role supports daily FX dealing activities, assists clients and internal teams, and helps ensure accurate and timely processing of foreign exchange transactions.

What you'll do

• Support FX dealing operations and execute client trades in a timely, compliant manner.
• Communicate with clients in French and English, providing exceptional service.
• Process payments, settlements, and reconciliation tasks.
• Work closely with treasury, risk/compliance, and sales teams to resolve inquiries and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Help with client onboarding and support KYC/AML requirements as needed.

Who you are

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Prior experience in FX, payments, or a financial services environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and customer service mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with basic spreadsheet tools and financial processes.
• Eligible to work in Canada (or has valid work authorization).
