Role Overview

We are seeking a bilingual FX Dealing Support professional to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will provide English & Spanish language support to clients, assist with FX transactions, and collaborate with our dealing desk to deliver excellent service while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond to client inquiries in English and Spanish with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
  • Monitor live FX rates and execute trades in accordance with policy and risk controls.
  • Maintain client documentation, KYC/compliance records, and audit trails.
  • Collaborate with the dealing desk, sales, treasury, and operations to support client needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and help clients understand FX products and processes.
  • Assist with client onboarding and education where necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Experience or exposure to FX, dealing desks, treasury, or financial services is preferred.
  • Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes.
  • Based in Toronto or willing to work on-site in Toronto.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and common CRM systems; familiarity with trading or back‑office workflows is a plus.

Location: Toronto, Canada. Work model: on-site.
