Role Overview

Position: Enterprise Sales Manager - Payroll / Mass Payments. Location: High Wycombe, United Kingdom. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process for Ebury’s payroll and mass payments offerings, targeting large enterprises and high‑growth organisations. You will build strategic account plans, engage senior stakeholders, and lead multi‑million‑dollar deals from discovery through close, working cross‑functionally with product, operations, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to win enterprise payroll and mass payments clients
  • Prospect, qualify, and close high‑value opportunities; manage the full sales cycle from discovery to renewal
  • Build and manage relationships with C‑level executives (CFOs, HR leaders, payments teams) and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to tailor offerings to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; drive successful deployments and renewals
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise sales, ideally in fintech, payroll, mass payments, or HR/payroll tech
  • Proven track record of closing multi‑million‑dollar enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, cross‑border payments, tax compliance is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
