Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategy for payroll and mass payments.
- Identify and close new business with CFOs/HR leaders at large organizations.
- Lead negotiations, create proposals, and close multi-year contracts.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver customer value.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in fintech, payroll, or payments.
- Proven track record of quota attainment with large enterprise deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to travel as needed.
