Role overview
Enterprise Sales Manager - Payroll / Mass Payments at Ebury, based in London. You will lead the strategic sales of Ebury's Payroll and Mass Payments solutions to large corporate clients, from initial outreach through closing and onboarding. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver client value and help Ebury expand its presence in the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for Payroll and Mass Payments solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for target clients in the UK and Europe.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting; close multi-million deals.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver client value.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and implementation timelines; coordinate with legal and finance.
- Represent Ebury at industry events; build networks to drive new opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software or fintech sales experience, with a track record in payroll, payments, or related domains.
- Proven ability to close multi-million-pound deals with large corporate clients.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable with executive-level conversations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing fintech environment; self-motivated, resilient, and coachable.
- Bachelor’s degree; willingness to travel as needed (up to ~30-40%).
- Knowledge of UK payroll and payments regulations is a plus.
