About the Role

As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will cultivate relationships with large corporate clients, identify opportunities, and close deals for Ebury's payroll and mass payments offerings in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans for payroll and mass payments offerings
Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise opportunities with multinational clients
Lead negotiations and contract renewals with complex procurement processes
Collaborate with product, operations, and risk teams to tailor solutions
Work with marketing and partnerships to accelerate market penetration in APAC

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in enterprise software or fintech sales
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience selling payroll, payments, or treasury solutions is a plus
Ability to navigate complex procurement processes and long sales cycles
Based in or willing to relocate to Hong Kong
