Role: Dealing Support

Location: Madrid, Spain. This is an on-site role within our Madrid team, reporting to the Dealing Desk Manager. You will support the Dealing Desk with day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate processing of payments and smooth client service workflows.

What you'll do

Assist the Dealing Desk with payment processing, quotes, and settlements.
Monitor payment statuses, perform reconciliations, and resolve issues quickly.
Respond to client inquiries, coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams.
Support client onboarding and KYC documentation when required.
Help maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
