Role: Customer Relationship Executive FX
Based in Düsseldorf, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, helping them optimise FX strategies and execute payments while delivering outstanding service.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and act as their trusted advisor on FX and payments
- Understand client objectives, FX exposure, and risk tolerance; provide tailored solutions
- Communicate market insights, rates, and product updates; coordinate with Sales, Trading and Operations
- Process trades and payments accurately, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and deliver exceptional service
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand relationships
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, FX, payments, or client management
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset with numeracy skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office; familiarity with FX platforms is a plus
- Fluency in English; German language skills are beneficial in a Düsseldorf-based role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
