Role overview

As a Customer Payments Graduate based in León, you will support payment operations, monitor transaction statuses, and assist clients throughout the payment lifecycle. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates who want to start a career in fintech payments and will provide hands-on training in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

Process and monitor customer payments
Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies
Assist with client onboarding and KYC checks
Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Managers, and Operations
Maintain accurate records and reporting of payment activity

Requirements

Recent graduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Interest in fintech, payments, or financial technology
Strong attention to detail and customer focus
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
English proficiency; Spanish language skills are a plus
