Ebury is a leading fintech specializing in international payments and currency risk management for businesses. We are looking for a motivated Client Servicing Graduate to join our Client Services team in León.
Role Overview
- Support the Client Service team with day-to-day client inquiries, onboarding, and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, verify information, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Compliance to deliver excellent client service and accurate data.
- Learn Ebury’s product suite, pricing, and payment workflows while developing client relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client questions via email, chat, and phone with clarity and professionalism.
- Assist with client onboarding timelines, data accuracy, and documentation in CRM systems.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and assist with reporting as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements and share feedback from clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Interest in fintech, payments, or international business.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
