Role Overview

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will manage relationships with institutional clients, support onboarding, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and helping clients maximise value from Ebury’s platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients
• Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client inquiries
• Assist onboarding, including documentation and KYC checks
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Risk teams to resolve client issues
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Provide product usage guidance and training as needed
• Maintain accurate client records and reporting

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or related fintech/financial services
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of payments, FX, cross-border payments, or treasury processes is a plus
• Basic understanding of KYC/AML controls
