📋 Description

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients; execute products like FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management. Upsell Ebury’s product suite.
  • Collaborate with a large sales team to originate business; understand clients' environments and industry to tailor solutions.
  • Assess competitors' capabilities to position Ebury Banking solutions effectively.
  • Deliver on KPIs such as revenue growth, reducing churn, and increasing wallet-share through upsell/cross-sell.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and professional proposals.
  • Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong Financial Services sales/relationship management experience; established network.
  • Experience in FX institutions or commercial banks, or selling financial instruments to SMEs/corporate clients.
  • Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
  • Sophisticated technical ability; statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management practices.
  • Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, new client acquisition).
