Job description
Business Developer / FX Sales Associate at Ebury in Luxembourg. This role focuses on driving new business and FX sales for corporate clients in Luxembourg and beyond. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with SMEs, present Ebury’s foreign exchange and payment solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored FX solutions and help clients optimize their international payments and cash flow.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new FX sales opportunities with businesses in Luxembourg and neighboring regions.
- Build and manage a pipeline from lead generation to onboarding.
- Present Ebury’s FX and payments solutions to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful onboarding.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or FX-related roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment; fluency in English; knowledge of local languages a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
