Business Developer – Frankfurt, Ebury

About the role

We’re seeking a proactive Business Developer to join Ebury’s team in Frankfurt. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, and establish strong relationships with corporate clients across Europe. You’ll work closely with sales, product and partnerships teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

What you’ll do

Prospect new clients and nurture leads through the full sales cycle
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
Build strategic partnerships and drive expansion in European markets
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions and messaging
Negotiate contracts and close deals

What we’re looking for

Experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in fintech or financial services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team
Fluency in English; German is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally (if applicable)
