🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Fintech sales/product analyst experience; strong data analysis (Looker, Excel, Salesforce).
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline, and lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving; fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Desirable: digital payments, API platforms, ERP (NetSuite/PIX); FP&A experience.
