In the Data team, we turn information into intelligence. We model, organize, and analyze data to generate strategic insights that drive decision-making across EBANX. We're naturally curious and guided by evidence. You will have the opportunity to work on a high-impact strategic project, helping to consolidate the People Data foundation, with room to propose innovative solutions, influence decisions, and grow in a global, flexible, and evolving environment.
Your day-to-day impact:
Define the product vision for People Data and build a solid foundation for scalable analytics and solutions.
Translate business needs into clear roadmaps with a direct impact on talent management and performance.
Work closely with data engineers and stakeholders, ensuring quality, prioritization, and clarity.
Apply Product Management practices (discovery, success metrics, backlog management) to the context of data and People Analytics.
Promote a data-driven culture and enable strategic, data-informed decision-making.
Must-haves to shine in this role:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with data products or People Analytics.
Ability to balance strategic vision and execution, translating complexity into clear roadmaps.
Advanced/Fluent English for interaction with international stakeholders and partners.
Autonomous, hands-on profile with strong ability to navigate complex environments.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in People Analytics, HR Tech, or HR management systems.
Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
