Mid Level - Business Operations Analyst

Overview

EBANX is seeking a Mid Level - Business Operations Analyst to support strategic initiatives and optimize processes in Curitiba, Brazil. This role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build actionable insights, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to inform data-driven decision making.
• Monitor performance against goals, provide actionable recommendations, and support execution of operational improvements.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed by leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel; knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
