Country Manager, Colombia at EBANX
EBANX is seeking a Country Manager for Colombia to lead the launch and growth of EBANX in the Colombian market. This leadership role owns go-to-market strategy, partnerships, regulatory compliance, and P&L responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Colombia-specific growth strategy
- Build and manage local partnerships with banks, merchants, and ecosystem players
- Lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations, risk, and compliance
- Own P&L and drive revenue growth while controlling costs
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in Colombia
- Represent EBANX with regulators, partners, and customers
Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in fintech or high-growth tech companies
- Strong network in Colombia and the Latin American market
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
