About EBANX

EBANX is a leading fintech payments company that enables merchants to grow across Latin America by offering local payment methods and currency settlement. We are seeking a Country Manager for Chile to lead EBANX's growth in the Chilean market.

About the Role

You will be responsible for defining and executing EBANX's market entry and growth strategy in Chile, building and leading a local team, and establishing strategic partnerships with merchants, banks, and fintechs. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to localize solutions, pricing, and product offerings, drive revenue growth and customer adoption, and ensure regulatory compliance and risk management while representing EBANX in the Chilean market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the market entry and growth strategy for Chile.
• Build and lead a high-performing local team across sales, partnerships, operations and risk.
• Develop and manage key merchant, bank and fintech partnerships.
• Localize product, pricing and customer support to the Chilean market; align with regional strategy.
• Drive revenue growth, market share and customer adoption while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Represent EBANX in Chile through industry events, networks and public speaking.

Requirements

• 7+ years in senior leadership roles within payments, fintech, e-commerce or financial services.
• Proven track record of launching and growing new markets, ideally in Chile/LatAm.
• Strong local network with merchants, banks and payment partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages a plus.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Chile and the region.
