You will also be responsible for:
Supporting the global banking governance flow, ensuring accuracy and compliance of registration and operational information.
Managing banking access, including the creation, review, and periodic control of users and permissions.
Leading KYC, KYP, and registration update processes with banks and financial partners.
Providing support for bank account opening processes in English-speaking countries, ensuring standardization, follow-up, and regulatory adherence.
Conducting analysis and review of banking documentation, aligned with legal opinions and internal policies.
Supporting the definition and design of operational flows, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Managing language workflows (English × Spanish) to ensure full coverage and operational efficiency.
Collaborating closely with Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Controllership teams to ensure governance across banking processes.
Contributing to backlog reduction and continuous improvement in the accuracy of banking and access data through process automation.
Developing KPIs to monitor and track demands effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Previous experience in Treasury, Banking Operations, Cash Management, or Financial Governance areas.
Advanced English (mandatory) with strong communication skills to engage with global stakeholders.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or process automation tools.
Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail, with a solid sense of compliance and governance.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment, managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and proactivity to propose improvements and structure processes.
Experience in multinational companies or global fintechs.
Knowledge of internal controls, banking audit, or compliance processes.
Intermediate Spanish.
Participation in projects related to banking governance automation or standardization
