Earnest is seeking a Supervisor, Fraud Operations to lead its fraud prevention and investigations. This remote role manages a team and collaborates with cross-functional partners to minimize fraud risk and protect customers. The position is remote-friendly and offers the opportunity to influence fraud strategy in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Fraud Operations team to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud across multiple channels.
• Oversee case investigations, conduct root cause analyses, and implement process improvements to reduce fraud losses.
• Collaborate with Risk, Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Product to design scalable controls and monitoring dashboards.
• Define, track, and report on key fraud KPIs; establish SLAs and escalation procedures.
• Mentor teammates and support career development within the fraud operations group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fraud operations, investigations, or risk management; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with fraud detection tools, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a remote environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
