We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize our lifecycle marketing programs across channels from activation to retention. This fully remote role collaborates with product, analytics, and growth to deliver personalized, data-driven messaging that drives meaningful user engagement.

About the Role

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will design, implement, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app messages, and push notifications. You will define segmentation strategies, map customer journeys, run experiments, and measure impact to improve activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app, push).
• Define and refine customer segmentation and journey mapping to improve engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and growth teams to drive data-driven messaging and experiments.
• Set up testing strategies (A/B/n tests), optimize messaging, and iterate based on results.
• Own reporting, dashboards, and insights to inform roadmap and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or email marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action and iterate quickly.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Iterable) and analytics tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
