  • Own the Internship Program design, structure, and governance with clear metrics.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks, conversion criteria, and manager expectations.
  • Lead enterprise headcount planning for Internship & New Grad programs with Finance.
  • Partner with Engineering on hiring targets, readiness, roadmaps, and reviews.
  • Define school engagement priorities and university relations strategy.
  • Provide oversight and direction to recruiting partners during peak periods.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in early talent or university program management.
  • Experience building and operating internship programs from strategy to execution.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to align hiring with goals.
  • Planning and delivering early talent programming such as events or campus engagement.
  • Experience owning headcount planning, conversion modeling, and budgets.
  • Strong program management with documented governance frameworks.

  • Base pay is location-based; see Zone 1 details for ranges.
  • Base Pay Range: Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC).
  • Salary ranges: $119,000 – $140,000 USD.
