📋 Description

• Partner with recruiting to ensure a positive intern experience and brand ambassador.
• Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems; support data accuracy.
• Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and intern data to inform hiring strategies.
• Run in-person and virtual events for North America internships as on-the-ground contact.
• Support onboarding sessions, social events, and mentorship; track engagement metrics.
• Contribute to creating engaging content to attract campus talent.
