📋 Description

• Own the Early Retention strategy to reduce churn in the first 90 days.
• Analyze churn drivers using data and cross-functional inputs.
• Design and execute structured retention framework and plans.
• Lead end-to-end retention initiatives with GTM, Ops, Risk, and CS.
• Build cross-functional action plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Present insights and progress to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, retention, or related roles
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with stakeholder management
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and program management skills
• Proven ability to own retention initiatives end-to-end
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Looker/Power BI)
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and retention frameworks
