• Build relationships with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and People.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in full-cycle early career recruiting and programs.
• Proven track record of inclusive practices across early career functions.
• Experience leading multiple high-priority initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to build both technical and non-technical programs from early stages.
• Expertise in planning in-person and virtual events end-to-end.
• Willingness to travel for campus, regional, and hub events.
