π― Requirements
- 2+ years inside sales/account management experience (SaaS/fintech/e-commerce preferred)
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce
- Ability to discuss checkout flows, conversion rates, plugins/apps, and basic technical concepts
- Strong communication, phone presence, and virtual presentation skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in fast-paced quota-driven environments
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
