What Youโ€™ll Do as a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst

  • ๐Ÿ“ž Respond to calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
  • ๐Ÿ–ฅ Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, software, and network issues.
  • ๐Ÿ“ Log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • ๐Ÿ” Resolve what you can, escalate what you canโ€™tโ€”fast!
  • โœ… Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Education & Experience
