What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new medium to enterprise-sized clients. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

The Details:

  • Location: remote
  • Shift: regular business hours, Monday - Friday
  • Compensation: Base salary up to $100,000 annually, with commission bringing total on-target earnings (OTE) to approximately $175,000–$200,000+. High performers regularly exceed OTE due to commission opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

Cybersecurity and Managed Services Focused Pipeline Development

  • Generates opportunities to meet or exceed assigned targets by driving managed IT and cybersecurity services and solutions to new logo/greenfield accounts.
  • Supports and participates in marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Position DYOPATH’s cybersecurity platform as a strategic solution to client pain points.
  • Leverages industry relationships and other connections to source new pipeline opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-Suite and other executive stakeholders.
  • Represents DYOPATH’s portfolio of services by preparing sales and relationship strategies.

Sales Cycle Management

  • Utilizes advanced knowledge of service offerings and understanding of the customer's business to develop customized proposals that present creative solutions and successfully sell the organization's capabilities.
  • Collaborates with delivery teams and administrative staff to ensure that delivery capability matches the proposed solution.
  • Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization.
  • Manage the entire sales process from need identification to customer approval, including working with the presales team to build a design, presenting proposals and quotes, attending kick-off calls, and engaging with customers as needed.

Revenue Growth & Forecasting

  • Grows new business by aggressively identifying and closing complex/large customer cybersecurity services opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity, wins, and market feedback.
What You Bring
  • Proven B2B sales success

    in cybersecurity, MSSP, or IT services.
  • Deep understanding ofcybersecurity platforms.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-starter, detail oriented, and efficient worker.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Five plus years in sales and / or account management.
