Develop strategic tech recommendations to advance IT maturity.
Guide technologies and managed services to deliver measurable value.
Collaborate with Account Management, Solution Engineering, Service Delivery, and Leadership.
Manage service levels, escalations, and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
Min 3 years in MSP operations.
Min 3 years in client-facing technical role.
Strong IT infrastructure and networking knowledge; Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Azure, M365.
Experience with managed services agreements.
Excellent communication and business translation skills; ownership mindset.
