Lead and manage large Dynamics 365 projects, incl. integrations and AI requirements.
Act as trusted advisor to client leadership on scope, timeline, cost, and risk.
Guide strategic decisions and tradeoffs to protect outcomes and value realization.
Lead project planning, monitoring, and reporting with risk-focused framing.
Foster client relationships with senior stakeholders and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, CS or related field.
8+ years actively managing end-to-end Dynamics 365 or ERP projects.
Experience delivering through SDLC with risk management.
Proven budget and schedule management; clear mitigation options.
Strong leadership, communication, and client partnership skills.
PM training/certification preferred (PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.).
