- Hands-on configuration and support of Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client requirements.
- Design and test custom solutions and integrations; coordinate with development resources.
- Work with clients on strategic projects to ensure ongoing value from NAV/Business Central.
- Proactively handle break/fix support to minimize disruptions; escalate ISV issues with partners.
- Represent Stoneridge through effective client communication throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Mentor team members; collaborate with internal and external resources.
π― Requirements
- 4+ years Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central experience, preferably in a support role.
- 4+ years NAV/Business Central Finance/AR/AP modules experience.
- 2+ years NAV/Business Central Manufacturing module experience (preferred).
- Object-oriented programming experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent and demonstrated customer service experience; ability to work in a team.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills; English proficiency.
