- Proven ability to deliver measurable brand growth results
- Analytical judgment with data-driven decisions
- Design and implement operating models to accelerate delivery and learning
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
- Strong program management and prioritisation in fast-paced environments
- Strong people leadership with coaching and accountability
- Growth-oriented, curious, and innovative, focused on business value
- High level of PowerPoint and presentation skills
