Operational Leadership: oversee daily flight ops; ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
Resource Optimization: maximize aircraft/crew utilization with scheduling and support teams.
Schedule Monitoring: verify schedules route aircraft by route, tech needs, and priorities.
IROPS Management: develop disruption recovery plans during irregular ops.
FBO Coordination & Partnerships: liaison with FBOs; align ground ops with service.
Reporting & Communication: publish daily ops summaries; lead bi-weekly huddle.

🎯 Requirements

FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License (required).
5+ years in Part 121/135/91K OCC as dispatcher/ops oversight.
2+ years as a Duty Manager in Part 121/135/91K OCC.
Experience with US carrier ops incl. LA/NY areas.
Experience coordinating with FBOs and external ground ops partners.
Strong knowledge of Part 135 regs, dispatch requirements, and international ops.
