Durable is seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive data‑driven growth initiatives and feature improvements in Vancouver. This role focuses on onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization through thoughtfully designed experiments and cross‑functional collaboration.

Role Overview

As Growth Product Manager, you will own growth experiments, activation strategies, onboarding optimization, and monetization efforts. You will partner with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and Engineering to define the growth roadmap and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Define growth strategy and success metrics for onboarding, activation, retention, and revenue
Prioritize experiments and features in the growth backlog
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests; optimize funnels
Collaborate with Data to build dashboards and report on impact
Write clear PRDs and coordinate cross‑functional work

Requirements

3+ years in product management or growth roles
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and SQL preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to translate data into actionable product decisions
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Nice‑to‑have

SaaS or B2B experience
Startup experience
