Senior Manager of Equity Administration - Duolingo
Duolingo is seeking a Senior Manager of Equity Administration to lead the global equity program from our Pittsburgh, PA office. This role drives accurate equity administration, governance, and compliance for stock options, RSUs, and related compensation initiatives. You will partner with People & Culture, Finance, and Legal to design scalable equity programs that attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle of equity awards (stock options, RSUs, etc.) and maintain grant records
- Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Prepare governance reporting, audits, and annual filings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and tools
Qualifications
- Experience in equity compensation administration or related HR/Finance roles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data management
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management
