About the role...
Duolingo is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Strategy Manager to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic partner for our marketing team, and also own identification, testing, and scaling of new marketing initiatives that drive user growth. You’ll collaborate across Growth Strategy, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Analytics, and international teams—leading high-impact projects that accelerate user acquisition and expand Duolingo’s global reach.
You will...
- Identify, prioritize, and drive new growth opportunities in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Launch, and analyze marketing experiments across emerging and non-traditional channels
- Develop frameworks and processes for marketing budget allocation and channel evaluation
- Translate data and insights into clear strategies, actionable recommendations, and updates
- Independently own projects that unlock measurable user growth
You have...
- 3+ years in a strategy function, strategy consulting, or strategic corporate development
- Experience in growth marketing or a related marketing role at a leading consumer brand
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, experimentation, and structured problem solving
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable growth
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, analytics, and international partners
- Exceptional project ownership and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- STEM degree or equivalent quantitative training
Exceptional candidates will have...
- Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm
- SQL or advanced analytics capabilities

We post a multi-level salary range for all of our roles.
This is not inclusive of the rest of our awesome portfolio that includes equity compensation and world-class benefits. Our salary ranges are the same for all US locations. Your recruiter can share more details about the range for a specific level during the hiring process. The actual salary within the range is determined by many factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, and internal equity.
Salary Range:
$153,000
—$207,000 USD
