Group Product Manager at Duolingo, Beijing (On-site). This senior leadership role will lead a group of product managers within Duolingo's Product division, shaping the strategy and roadmap for language-learning products in China and globally. Role Overview

As the Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of PMs, set the product vision, and own multi-product roadmaps across your area.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and multi-product roadmap for your area.
Lead, hire, coach, and grow a group of product managers.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to surface user needs and translate them into outcomes and experiments.
Set success metrics, run data-driven experiments, and own outcomes.
Work with design and engineering to ship high-quality features that improve learning outcomes and engagement.
Partner with regional teams to adapt product strategy for local markets while maintaining global standards.

Requirements

10+ years of product management experience in consumer technology or education tech.
Proven experience leading multiple PMs and driving impact at scale.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; proficient in SQL or equivalent.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience shaping product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA preferred. Fluency in English; Mandarin a plus.
