Overview
Duolingo is seeking a Director of Product Management, Learning to lead the strategy and execution of learning experiences across the platform. This role partners with Content, Data Science, Design, Growth, and Operations to improve learner outcomes globally and accelerate adoption of Duolingo’s learning products.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and product roadmap for Duolingo’s Learning product area.
- Build and lead a high-performing product management team; mentor and develop PMs.
- Collaborate with content teams, data science, design, marketing, and platform teams to deliver impactful features.
- Establish success metrics, run experiments, and analyze data to measure impact and inform iteration.
- Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Represent product plans to executives and cross-functional partners; communicate progress and trade-offs effectively.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record shipping large-scale learning or education technology products with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making; comfortable with experimentation and SQL.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
