About the role

Join dunnhumby as a Shopper Insights Senior Client Lead in Grand Rapids. This full-time, on-site role focuses on leading shopper insights and client engagements for retail clients. You will translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, manage day-to-day client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

What you'll do

Lead the development and delivery of shopper insights for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
Oversee project timelines, scope, and resource allocation
Collaborate with Analytics, Sales, and Product teams to translate data into actionable recommendations
Present insights and recommendations to senior client leadership
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in shopper analytics, consumer insights, or related field
Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering projects
Strong data storytelling and communication skills
Proficiency with analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus
