Role overview

As the Senior Technical Applications Analyst, you will serve as a Fusion Technical Consultant, bridging the gap between business needs and engineering delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy Fusion-related applications and integrations.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance in project delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, monitor performance, and optimize system reliability.
• Document architecture, processes, and best practices for ongoing knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical analyst or consultant in software engineering environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Fusion technologies, data integration, and software development lifecycles is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and travel as needed.
