About the role
As a Senior HR Business Partner at dunnhumby, you will collaborate with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that align with our data-driven retail analytics business. You will shape workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design while ensuring compliance and fostering a diverse, inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations cases and provide proactive guidance on policy and compliance.
- Drive change management programs, organizational design, and leadership development.
- Analyze people data to influence decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with global HR partners to deliver consistent programs and services.
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and employee engagement.
- Support compensation cycles, learning & development, and diversity, equity & inclusion efforts.
Requirements
- Significant HR Business Partner experience (5+ years) in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize metrics to inform strategy.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven ability to influence at all levels and lead cross-functional projects.
