HR Business Partner

dunnhumby is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our London-based team. This on-site role focuses on partnering with business leaders to deliver practical HR solutions that align with business goals, covering talent management, employee relations, organisation design and culture.

Role overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping people strategies and ensuring effective workforce planning and performance management across the business. You will collaborate with the People team to implement initiatives that support our values and drive business success from London.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals
• Design and execute workforce planning, talent development and succession plans
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
• Drive change initiatives, organisational design and effectiveness improvements
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver learning, engagement and inclusion initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and people processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred
• Ability to influence at all levels and drive results
