Responsibilities

Process accounts receivable transactions including invoicing and cash application
Maintain accurate AR sub-ledger and aging reports
Coordinate collections and resolve customer disputes related to billing
Support month-end close activities and balance reconciliations
Assist with internal and external audits as needed
Identify process improvements to optimize AR efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance roles
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and ERP systems
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
