dunnhumby Canada recherche un Gestionnaire de Campagnes (contrat à durée déterminée), bilingue français/anglais, à Montréal, pour piloter l’exécution de toutes les campagnes et communications personnalisées de son client, et ainsi contribuer à la création de valeur de sa stratégique d’Engagement Client.

Le pilier d’Engagement Client chez dunnhumby couvre un large éventail de services liés à l’expérience client, incluant la gestion des campagnes personnalisées, les communications multicanales, la stratégie digitale et le développement de programme de loyauté.

Responsabilités:

  • Coordonner toutes les étapes des campagnes personnalisées, en passant de l’analyse à la production, pour en assurer une exécution fluide qui respecte les délais énoncés.

  • Réaliser les phases de QA des campagnes afin de garantir la bonne application des besoins et des lignes directrices exprimés ; s’assurer que tous les éléments de la campagne sont présents et exacts.

  • Créer les briefs et les documents d’exécution qui vont servir à la mise en place de la campagne.

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de travail en étant force de proposition et source d’innovation.

  • Agir comme un fervent défenseur de la personnalisation des campagnes et des communications au sein de l’organisation, en amenant toujours la vision « Customer First » de dunnhumby.

  • Être reconnu comme l’expert de la Gestion de Campagne Personnalisée et un fort lien avec l’équipe Customer Engagement de dunnhumby.

Exigences pour ce rôle :

  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (gestion, marketing, communication, etc.)

  • Expérience en Gestion de Campagnes, Communication, CRM, Media planning, etc.

  • Bilingue Français et Anglais
  • Gestion de Projet : niveau avancé
  • Création de brief : niveau intermédiaire
  • Qualité d’analyse and Résolution de problème

  • Capacité de faire parler les données et les tourner en recommandations business
  • Démontrer les valeurs dunnhumby au quotidien

dunnhumby is looking for atalented bilingual Campaign Manager in Montréal (fixed-term contract)to contribute to the Customer Engagement strategic direction and drive the execution of all targeted one-to-one personalised communication vehicles to grow measurable value for our clients.

The Customer Engagement capability covers a broad range of services including designing and delivering the end to end customer experience, multi-channel communications, digital media strategy and loyalty proposition development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and coordinates all areas of one-to-one campaigns while working effectively on analysis and production, to ensure the on-time and flawless execution of events during the entire campaign cycle.

  • Performs pre and post-production QA to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines; reviews all assets related to campaigns to ensure they are complete and accurate.

  • Create campaign briefs and execution documents from which a campaign can be executed and measured against.

  • Contributes to improving ways of working by researching, leading and developing process efficiencies and innovation.

  • Act as an advocate for personalized campaigns across the business, consistently bringing the dunnhumby Customer First strategy to life.

  • Act as the dunnhumby expert in Campaign Management and overall Customer Engagement for the assigned client.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant subject

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Experience in Campaign Management, Direct Communication, CRM, Retail Media, Media planning, etc.

  • Project Management skills: Advanced

  • Project Brief writing: Intermediate

  • Analytical skills, data and insight understanding

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to both internal and external clients

  • Demonstrates dunnhumby values
