The Capability Manager - Consumer Brand Growth role sits in the Corporate domain and focuses on designing and delivering capabilities that accelerate growth for consumer brands across our organisation and client portfolio.
Role overview
As Capability Manager, you will design, deliver and optimise capability programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, analytics and procurement to turn insights into scalable solutions, define success metrics, and drive adoption of best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage capability-building initiatives to drive consumer brand growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, procurement and client service to implement scalable solutions.
- Define KPIs, measurement frameworks and adoption metrics; report progress to senior leadership.
- Create training materials, playbooks and governance for capability enablement.
- Lead communications, change management and stakeholder engagement to secure buy-in.
- Stay current with market trends and best practices in shopper insights and brand growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in capability development, growth programmes or brand strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in consumer insights and market research.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and research methodologies is a plus.
