About the Role

Are you passionate about helping businesses grow through smart, data-driven solutions? As a

Solution Sales Manager at Dun & Bradstreet, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across our product portfolio. You’ll work closely with Relationship Managers and Client Success teams to understand client needs, showcase the value of our solutions, and help clients achieve their goals.

This is a client-facing, consultative role where you’ll lead product demonstrations, support sales efforts, and act as a trusted advisor on our offerings. If you enjoy strategic conversations, solving complex challenges, and being at the forefront of innovation this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Engage in strategic discussions with clients to understand their business objectives and align them with our solutions.
  • Lead Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations both virtually and in person to showcase how our products solve real business challenges.
  • Support Sales Growth: Partner with Relationship Managers to drive cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities.
  • Shape Client Strategy: Participate in account planning, share market insights, and help segment clients for targeted solution offerings.
  • Influence Product Development: Share feedback from client interactions and competitive analysis to help shape future product enhancements.
  • Create Tailored Solutions: Map customer journeys, identify pain points, and propose solutions.
  • Drive Revenue: Help define client needs and align them with our product capabilities to deliver measurable value.
  • Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to support forecasting and territory planning.
  • Be a Thought Leader: Stay current on industry trends, attend events, and represent Dun & Bradstreet in the market.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5 years in a customer-facing hunter sales role, ideally selling data or tech solution
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to understand client decision-making and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Tech-savvy with a high aptitude for learning new tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to mentor others and contribute to team success.
  • Fluent in English and German. Italian or French are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
